I really had a great experience here. Chatting back and forth with Nick about options, coming in to test ride, trading my current bike in, and getting the bike I was looking at in the best possible shape made it an easy process. Nick really took the time to make sure this is the bike I wanted. He was very informative by giving me the rundown of the spec and operational features. The service department was great about getting new tires on and looking fantastic. The GM Liz was also great

This place is great and full of fantastic people! I was on a ride from Washington to central OR when I got a flat going through Portland. I called them and they were able to fit me in the next morning and got me back on the road. Every person that I interacted with was extremely friendly and showed genuine interest in helping me. I just bought a gently used Royal Enfield from TCR. My salesperson, Jennifer, was knowledgeable and friendly (and her big floofy dog is so sweet). We were out on a test ride within 30 minutes, I rode the sweet, sweet Classic 350 home the next day. Sales manager Jill had my paperwork handled quickly and pain free, while I wandered the showroom and drooled on the great inventory. The whole team was great. And I came out of it with a screamin' deal on a beautiful bike.

The guys were friendly and professional, and did a fantastic job on my bike. I was given good advice, and had all my questions answered.
I was lucky enough to pick up the bike on a promo weekend and got a free clean and hot dog, as well as some special "Mums' potato salad".
